Jaena Nerona
Program Coordinator
Jaena Nerona is the Project Coordinator at Driscoll’s Language Guild (DLG), where she supports students and instructors by keeping daily operations clear, steady, and well-organized.
Jaena brings over a decade of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, and remote team assistance. She has worked extensively with productivity tools and structured workflows, supporting teams that require accuracy, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.
At DLG, she works closely with students from their first inquiry through ongoing lessons, helping coordinate schedules, assign tutors, and ensure that every detail is confirmed properly. For many learners, especially busy adults balancing work and personal commitments, Jaena is often the main point of contact. She makes sure they know what to expect and when, so learning can stay focused and stress-free.
Jaena manages lesson confirmations, attendance tracking, transcripts, and student records, keeping everything accurate and up to date. She coordinates with tutors to handle schedule changes, follow up on missing documentation, and resolve issues quickly when they arise. Her goal is not just to fix problems, but to prevent confusion before it happens.
Jaena also supports leadership by providing regular updates, monitoring schedules and workloads, and helping maintain visibility across students and tutors. As the organization grows, she helps keep operations grounded and manageable.
Jaena does not teach lessons or make promises about outcomes. Instead, she creates the structure and support that allow learning to happen smoothly. Her presence helps ensure that DLG feels organized, professional, and human—so students and instructors can focus on what matters most.
