Use of Services
Driscoll Language Guild provides English language instruction and language training services. By enrolling in or using our services, you agree to use them only for lawful, educational, and personal development purposes. Services may not be used in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Instructional Nature of Services
All services provided by Driscoll Language Guild are instructional in nature. Individual results may vary. While we offer structured training, guidance, and professional instruction, language improvement cannot be guaranteed and depends on factors such as participation, consistency, practice, and individual effort.
Scheduling and Attendance
Learners are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and managing their bookings. Missed sessions without appropriate notice may result in limitations on future booking access or other reasonable scheduling restrictions, consistent with operational needs.
Instructor Assignment
We aim to provide continuity by assigning instructors consistently whenever possible. However, instructor assignments may change due to availability, scheduling adjustments, or operational requirements. Driscoll Language Guild reserves the right to assign or reassign instructors as needed to maintain service quality.
Intellectual Property
All lesson materials, content, instructional methods, recordings, and related resources provided by Driscoll Language Guild are the intellectual property of the organization unless otherwise stated. These materials may not be copied, distributed, shared, recorded for redistribution, or reused for commercial or instructional purposes without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in termination of services and, where appropriate, legal action.
Acceptable Conduct
​Learners are expected to interact respectfully with instructors and staff. Abusive, threatening, disruptive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior may result in suspension or termination of services without refund, at the sole discretion of Driscoll Language Guild.
Changes to Terms
Driscoll Language Guild may update these terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or service-related changes. Continued use of services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
