Refund and Cancellation Policy
Lesson Plans and Payments
All services are sold as prepaid lesson packages. Payment confirms reservation of instructional time and resources. Because lesson hours are allocated in advance, payments are non-refundable once session has begun.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed only if all of the following conditions are met:

The request is made within 24 hours of purchase

No sessions have been scheduled or completed

No instructor has been assigned

No learning plan or lesson preparation has begun
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Lesson Cancellations and Rescheduling
Students may reschedule sessions with at least 12 hours’ notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are counted as used.
Late Arrival
Students who arrive late to a scheduled session will receive only the remaining time for that session. Full session fees apply regardless of late arrival. Sessions missed due to late arrival without prior notice are counted as completed and are non-refundable. Students are encouraged to join on time to get the full benefit of their lesson.
Plan Expiration
Lesson hours must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Unused hours expire and are not refundable or transferable.
Service Interruptions
If a session cannot be delivered due to operational issues on our side, we will provide a replacement session or account credit at our discretion.
